What Our Clients Are Saying About Us
Often, more than one area of expertise is required in order to provide specialized consulting services. Our Director & Founder, Pamela S. Spalter, Esq., is an attorney who has nineteen (19) + years of professional employment consulting experience from both the inside of a corporation (at the highest level) and in providing outsourcing services, consistently earning a reputation for excellence & professional integrity. Pam has established numerous new client relationships contemporaneously with fostering and expanding existing ones. Pam has worked extensively with lateral and partner level attorneys and assisted corporations in identifying, evaluating and securing counsel. For her professional career Pam has maintained a stable work history, having worked for only two companies.
For the first twelve (12) years of her professional legal career Pam was In-House Corporate Counsel & Administrator to College Living Experience (C.L.E.), a private educational program for adults in Davie, Florida, where she enjoyed a rich, diverse professional experience. In addition to her corporate transactional legal duties, she handled all annual employee reviews, disciplinary proceedings, and investigations on behalf of the corporation (staff of 80+ employees); she drafted and presented ongoing in-service series to staff and to clients on a diverse range of topics; was responsible for interviewing and hiring & strategic decisions with the CEO; evaluated and conducted risk loss management; assisted the CEO with alternate dispute resolution to employees and clients; assisted CEO in the counsel and guidance of clients (70+ clients).Additionally Pam supervised and managed an immediate department of @ 20 employees. In 2006, C.L.E. was purchased by E.S.A., a national company. Pam was invited to remain on board for 6 months to assist/handle transition (corporation dissolution, purchase agreement, effect new corporate protocols and manage resulting employee issues, assist in applying model to other locations; counsel new CFO on financial systems, etc.).
During her tenure with the company, Pam created an outsourcing series and facilitated specialized outsourcing workshops & provided individualized coaching to adults (topics included, but were not limited to: identifying, pursing, and obtaining professional employment; interview skills (with a special focus on verbal and non-verbal communication skills); resume preparation & optimization, and securing employment in a challenging marketplace).
Pam made the decision to continue to focus on employment consulting services and accepted an offer to join an established boutique legal recruiting firm in South Florida where she was asked, after only a few months of having joined the firm, to spearhead the company's first satellite office. Pam worked tirelessly to assist premier law firms in identifying and securing lateral partners and specialized attorneys, assisted firms in their expansion into new legal markets and with mergers & acquisitions. After 6+ years of running/managing a highly successful satellite office, Pam made the decision to expand her horizons by establishing her own consulting firm and hasn't looked back.
Pam enjoys her consulting work immensely, takes pride in helping others, and is committed to maintaining the highest caliber of professional ethics. She is open, direct, an astute listener, and believes in the traditional values of honesty, ethics, ownership, and engagement.
When not working, Pam adores spending time with her family & time with her loving standard poodle "Snowball". She enjoys cycling, kayaking, hiking, grudgingly hitting the gym, and spending time with her wonderful friends. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Chamber of Commerce. She supports & volunteers her time to organizations benefitting the environment and the community.
